Full Stack Developer (Angular and Node.js)
Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 10,500 per month
About the role
This is a Full Stack Developer role focused on building and maintaining modern web applications using Angular and Node.js, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms and databases. You will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, from frontend to backend to cloud deployment.
Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
Design, implement, and manage databases using PostgreSQL
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Integrate AI features into applications where applicable
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of all applications
Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues across the stack
Contribute to code reviews and support continuous improvement efforts
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong track record of delivering production-ready applications
Proficiency in Angular and Node.js for web application development
Experience with PostgreSQL for database design and management
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying and managing applications
Experience in developing and integrating APIs, using RESTful APIs
Understanding of web application security best practices (e.g., secure authentication, data protection, and vulnerability prevention)
Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a similar size organisation and/or similar industry
Previous work involving cloud-native applications, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
