Design, develop, and enhance secure, scalable full-stack digital applications and integrations for a government regulatory client using Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GCP with CI/CD.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack application development, with a strong track record in developing, enhancing and supporting enterprise‑grade digital applications.
- Strong experience in API development, system integration, database design and optimisation, particularly using PostgreSQL.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native application development and deployment, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including containerisation and CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, secure coding practices and web application security.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled application development and modern technologies such as microservices, event‑driven architectures, serverless computing or real‑time messaging would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology and vendor teams.

Design, develop and enhance secure, scalable and high‑performing digital applications and integrations that support SKP's regulatory, operational and consumer service objectives, while driving technology innovation, cloud‑native solutions and the sustainable in‑housing of digital capabilities.
