Full-Stack Developer
About Role
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale modern web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with product, design, and QA teams to create seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, NextJs, NestJs and an ORM (e.g. Prisma)
- Build responsive, high-quality UI components in React with Atomic Design Pattern
- Integrate APIs, optimise backend performance, and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Must-haves
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Mastery of TailwindCSS for building fast, clean interfaces
- Backend skills with Node.js (NestJS/Express)
- Experience with Prisma + SQL databases
- Good understanding of REST APIs and modern web architecture
- Experience writing high-quality tests (unit/integration/E2E)
- Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions preferred)
Good to have
- Experience working on developer-experience SaaS products
- Familiarity with TanStack Start
- Micro-frontend or monorepo experience (Nx/Turbo)
- Storybook for documentation
- RSC patterns & server-centric architectures
- Familiarity with Docker or microservices
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience in the specified job role.
