Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Build and manage server-side logic and APIs using back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Design and interact with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers on project requirements and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to deployment processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Stay updated with emerging web development technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of at least one front-end framework and one back-end language.
• Understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database concepts (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
