About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain both the client-facing and server-side components of our applications. You'll work across the entire stack - from front-end interfaces to back-end services, databases, and infrastructure - collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable software. This role is language-agnostic by design: we care more about strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and adaptability across technologies than mastery of any single stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full application stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers)
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust, well-architected APIs/services
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the stack
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Svelte)
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel, Go, .NET)
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design (GraphQL experience a plus)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and/or CI/CD tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript or other typed languages
- Exposure to microservices or serverless architectures
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Pay
