Full Stack Developer
Summary
Build and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and JavaScript; lead a small team and mentor developers while troubleshooting and optimizing systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software / web application.
- Implementing new features based on business requirements.
- Collaborating with a team of developers and senior managers.
- Developing and maintaining quality system product code.
- Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading the system.
- Assisting in enhancing existing system components and adding new features.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Providing technical leadership for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software or web application development
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and jQuery
- Extensive experience with Laravel 10; experience with CodeIgniter is an advantage but not required
- Solid understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of MVC framework architecture and system setup
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications
- Experience working collaboratively with development teams and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
