Full stack developer building and modernising Smartek, Barrington Group's cloud-based compliance, contractor and visitor management platform. Day-to-day work spans C#/.NET and Azure services on the backend with JavaScript/React on the frontend; requires 6+ years experience, based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Project: This project aims to modernise and enhance Smartek’s cloud-based compliance platform, improving functionality, user experience, and automation. The goal is to deliver a faster, smarter, and more intuitive solution that helps clients manage compliance, contractors, and visitors with ease.

Core Skills
Backend
C# / .NET
T-SQL / SQL Server
Microsoft Azure services, such as:
Azure Functions
Storage Queues
Azure Cosmos DB
SQL Server (cloud-hosted)
Front-End
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS or experience with a similar framework
Highly Regarded
Xamarin Forms or React Native mobile app development
Experience with A.I assisted development tools
About You
You have 6+ years of professional development experience and a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies. You excel at:
Producing secure, maintainable, and scalable code
Logical thinking and complex problem solving
Working independently but collaborating effectively with the wider team
