Full Stack Developer
Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is currently searching for a Full Stack Developer with OAuth OIDC experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and supporting integration of NIH CIT Authentication System with NCBI IAM environment
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and monitoring for the NCBI login services
- Troubleshoot ongoing user issues and collaborate with partner agencies to debug and provide resolution
- Provide support for user account migration and resolve issues efficiently during account migration and consolidation
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Python, C++, and SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server and relational database design and optimization
- Knowledge of federated identity and web security concepts such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
- Programming experience in a Linux environment
- Fluency in some scripting languages such as BASH
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
Qualifications
- Knowledge & Experience in building JWT, SAML, OAuth, OIDC solutions.
- Experience integrating with 3rd party applications and knowledge of secured sharing of data
- Experience developing Django web applications and services
- Experience with front end frameworks such as ReactJS
- Knowledge of XML and XSLT
- Understanding of IT security standards
- Experience with agile development processes
- Ability to learn quickly, with good teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and work independently with minimal supervision
