- AI-native: you use Cursor / Claude Code / etc, but you read, understand code you ship
- Experience working in similar setup
- Good English communication
Details:
- Full-time only: this is not a part-time or freelance gig, we want someone fully committed
- Remote, long-term role with room to grow into a lead position as the team expands
- Fixed pay + Bonus (based on daily assessment of work, all factors)
