Full-Stack Developer

Company Background:
- The business originated from a window cleaning service in the US.
- Blueworks CRM was developed as a field service CRM for window cleaning, landscaping, and similar businesses, featuring scheduling, quotes, invoicing, SMS, voice, and payments.
- Hundreds of active businesses are currently subscribed and the company is growing.

Technical Infrastructure:
- Production and staging environment on Render.
- Code management via Github.
- Database managed on Neon.
- Storage provided by Cloudflare.
- Utilization of Redis for caching.
- Bug reporting via Sentry for UI and Coralogix for backend.

Development Stack:
- React 18 and TypeScript.
- Node.js and Express.
- PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM.
- Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
- Capacitor for iOS and Android.
- Twilio and Stripe integration.
- OpenAI API.
- Daily tooling includes Github, Linear, Slack, and AI coding assistants like Claude.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an AI agent.
- Refine and improve core UX user flows.
- Build an internal CRM tool for client follow-ups.
- Audit and harden application security, including multi-tenant isolation, authentication, and webhooks.
- Improve overall application performance.
- Implement offline mode for field technicians.
- Upgrade analytics and reporting features for all users.
- Develop an affiliate CRM.
- Execute ongoing feature development and bug fixes.

Candidate Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Proactive and communicative approach with openness to feedback.
- Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- AI-native coding skills, utilizing tools like Cursor or Claude while maintaining deep code comprehension.
- Prior experience in similar development environments.
