We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build applications from scratch and take them through to production. You will work across frontend and backend development, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps, while developing AI-powered features and automated workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and integrating large language models (LLMs) into business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build applications from scratch, including architecture, database design, API development, authentication, and deployment.
• Develop responsive, accessible interfaces and reliable backend services.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, with attention to security, performance, scalability, and cost.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
• Own DevOps activities, including environment configuration, infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Build AI-powered solutions by integrating LLM APIs, enterprise data sources, and external services.
• Develop automated AI workflows for business processes, content operations, and internal productivity.
• Implement LLM capabilities such as structured outputs, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), where appropriate.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and support applications after launch.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience of 8 years, delivering full stack web applications, including projects built from scratch and deployed to production.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience implementing CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Docker, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs and AI services, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience building AI workflows using code, orchestration frameworks, or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codex.
• Strong understanding of application security, access control, secrets management, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to work independently, explain technical decisions clearly, and take ownership from requirements through deployment and support.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent workflows.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, LangChain, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Experience evaluating AI output quality and managing latency, token costs, data privacy, and failure handling.
