Full Stack Developer — DoD-Secure Cloud & Agile Expert

Horizon Industries Limited seeks a skilled full-stack engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain components using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, and to build secure REST and SOAP services.

You will integrate with DoD and federal systems, ensure cybersecurity standards, and support cloud deployments in AWS GovCloud. Agile/Scrum environment and Tier 2/3 support are part of the role.
