Full Stack Developer - EB

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Tech Lead on platform direction and execution
• Own features end to end, from design through deployment and maintenance
• Take part in code reviews, system discussions and engineering best practices
• Ensure product performance, scalability and reliability through solid architecture and secure coding practices
• Document systems, features and operational procedures clearly
• Drive feature development independently when needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including PM, Scrum Master, PO, UXD, BA, QA, DevOps and Data
• Work comfortably across new and legacy codebases, and learn quickly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, EEE, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in full stack development
• Experience with software engineering best practices such as test driven development and continuous integration
• Experience with Git and modern branching workflows (GitFlow, trunk based development)
• Experience with software development life cycle, agile methodology and DevSecOps
• Proficient in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Express.js, Svelte, FastAPI and other common frameworks
• Strong programming skills with verifiable mastery in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++
• Familiar with UI component libraries such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Proficient in designing and maintaining scalable SQL/NoSQL databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC and WebSockets for service communication
• Familiar with CI/CD, cloud native architecture and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Experience in Ruby and Golang backend is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with good presentation ability
• Good team player with critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and conscientious
