Full Stack Developer

Job Description

EcoEdge AI is hiring a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer in Islamabad. You will contribute to web application development across the frontend and backend, working with modern JavaScript frameworks and Python-based services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React or Angular.
• Develop backend functionality with Python and Django, and build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Design relational database schemas and improve query performance.
• Deploy and support applications in Ubuntu or Linux environments using Docker.
• Apply clean coding practices, sound software design, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Test, debug, and improve application reliability and performance.
• Use Git and established version-control workflows, taking ownership of development tasks.
• Review, debug, and validate code.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and automated deployments is an advantage.

Job Specification

• 3–4 years of full-stack software development experience.
• JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React or Angular.
• Python and Django backend development.
• Object-oriented programming, software design, and clean coding practices.
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Relational database design, schema development, and query optimization.
• Ubuntu or Linux deployments, Docker, and Git version-control workflows.
• Testing, debugging, performance improvement, problem-solving, and task ownership.
• CI/CD, cloud platforms, and automated deployments are beneficial.
• Ability to review, debug, and validate output from agentic AI coding tools is beneficial.
