Full Stack Developer
Location: Orlando, FL | Salary: $66,161- $79,712/YR (Based on experience & qualifications) | Temporary: 6-Month Assignment

What You'll Do
Build and Enhance Modern Web Experiences
- Maintain and improve a shared web ecosystem built with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Sanity CMS.
- Develop scalable features and components that support multiple brands and digital experiences.
- Help evolve a component-based page builder and shared design system.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with marketing and design stakeholders to deliver engaging, user-friendly web experiences.
- Contribute ideas that improve usability, accessibility, and overall performance.
Support Deployment and Code Quality
- Manage deployment workflows and environments using platforms such as Vercel.
- Participate in GitHub workflows, pull requests, and CI/CD processes that support reliable releases.
- Help maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code across shared projects.
Contribute to Cloud and Data Solutions
- Build and support solutions using AWS services and serverless technologies.
- Work with services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and data visualization tools into applications.
Drive Innovation and Prototyping
- Contribute to research and development initiatives focused on audience engagement and event performance.
- Integrate camera, sensor, or video-derived data into web applications and dashboards.
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and evaluating new technology concepts.
What You Bring
- Three or more years of experience developing full stack applications.
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Sanity CMS.
- Experience working with cloud deployment platforms such as Vercel.
- Working knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and serverless architectures.
- Experience building and integrating APIs, authentication solutions, and data visualizations.
- Proficiency with GitHub, version control best practices, and monorepo environments.
- Experience working with tools such as Turborepo and pnpm workspaces is valued.
- Experience with video streaming, IoT devices, or real-time analytics is a plus.
