Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our in-house applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building user-centric solutions, enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, and is capable of delivering reliable and scalable applications across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house web and mobile applications to support business operations.
Work closely with business users, project stakeholders, and the development team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
Develop and maintain APIs, database structures, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Perform system testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Participate in application deployment, release management, and production support.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions where appropriate.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
Solid experience in front-end and back-end application development using modern technologies.
Proficient in frontend (Flutter/Nuxt) or backend (PHP framework (e.g. Laravel)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (“AI vibe coding”), using tools such as AI coding assistants to accelerate prototyping, coding, testing, debugging, or documentation, is highly preferred.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design, and version control tools.
Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing quality software solutions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
