Full Stack Developer
Summary
Develops and maintains enterprise-grade web apps using Java/Spring Boot for the backend and React.js for the frontend, focusing on scalable, data-driven customer communication solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and React.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development using Java and React.js.
- Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17/21) and hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, Redux, and Context API, with an understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including SQL and query optimization.
- Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Postman/Swagger, Jenkins, Docker (preferred), and IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse and VS Code.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift is preferred.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, OAuth 2.0/JWT, JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare, along with exposure to event-driven architecture and application performance tuning, is desirable.
