Full Stack Developer
Summary
Fusion Integrated Solutions (FIS) in Qatar is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support secure web applications, REST/GraphQL APIs, and integrations. Day to day spans front-end work (React/Angular), back-end services (.NET/Node.js/Java/Python/PHP), code reviews, and CI/CD within an agile Technical Delivery team.
About the Role
The Full Stack Developer designs, develops, tests, and supports secure web applications, APIs, and integrated services for Fusion Integrated Solutions (FIS). Working across front-end and back-end components, the role delivers responsive user experiences, reliable application services, and integrations that support business needs.
As a hands-on member of the Technical Delivery team, the successful candidate will deliver complex features autonomously and collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams throughout the application lifecycle. The role combines practical problem-solving with a commitment to secure, testable, scalable, and maintainable software.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive front-end applications using approved frameworks such as React, Angular, or equivalent technologies.
- Design and implement back-end services, REST or GraphQL APIs, integration components, and data-access layers using approved platforms such as .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or equivalent technologies.
- Write tested, maintainable, and secure code; participate in code reviews, defect correction, performance improvement, and technical design.
- Integrate applications with identity services, third-party services, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams across planning, development, testing, release, and ongoing support.
- Diagnose and resolve application defects and integration issues across front-end and back-end components.
- Maintain technical documentation, source-control discipline, and CI/CD or deployment practices.
- Contribute to reusable components and consistent engineering practices that improve application quality and scalability.

Education and Experience

- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is desirable.
