Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

You will work closely with our Senior Software Engineer / Technical Owner to build and improve FLOWEN’s web platform, APIs, integrations, dashboards, and workflows.

This is a hands-on product development role covering both frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web application features and dashboards.

• Build reusable frontend components and improve UI performance.

• Develop REST APIs and backend services.

• Implement business logic, workflows, and data processing.

• Work with PostgreSQL and database queries.

• Support API, SFTP, SMS, Voice, and customer system integrations.

• Fix bugs across frontend and backend.

• Write unit and integration tests.

• Support UAT and regression testing.

• Participate in code reviews and product releases.

• Work with business and technical teams to turn requirements into working features.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong frontend development skills.

• Working knowledge of backend development and REST APIs.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Good understanding of Git and modern development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Comfortable learning and working across different technologies.

Python, FastAPI, Node.js, NestJS

Data / Infrastructure

PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions

Candidates do not need experience with every technology listed above.

Experience in fintech, enterprise software, workflow systems, or API integrations is a plus.
