Detailed Job Description

• As a Full Stack Developer at Q-Soft, your core responsibilities encompass end‑to‑end mobile application development, backend service engineering, and API integration.
• You will leverage your extensive expertise in Flutter and Dart to build, test, and optimize responsive, feature‑rich cross‑platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• On the backend, you will design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Python and FastAPI to support high‑volume mobile traffic.
• Your daily engineering duties include integrating mobile applications with enterprise backend systems, third‑party services, and secure cloud databases.
• You will design and optimize database schemas, complex SQL/NoSQL queries, and robust data models to ensure lightning‑fast data retrieval.
• Implementing comprehensive authentication protocols, security governance, input validation, and error handling mechanisms forms a vital part of your development lifecycle.
• You will perform rigorous testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support to maintain exceptional application reliability across all user touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• Design, build, and scale robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate mobile applications seamlessly with backend databases, microservices, and third‑party software APIs.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas, data models, and complex queries across SQL and NoSQL platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of overall professional software development and engineering experience.
• Strong, proven hands‑on experience developing cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android.
• Extensive technical expertise in backend development utilizing Python and FastAPI frameworks.

• Solid practical experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design and query optimization.
