Задачи

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for market and business data using Python, Databricks, and AWS services;
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration;
• Build and ship full stack applications with APIs, backend services, and front-end interfaces for AI-generated insights;
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications;
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, user stories, and working software;
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions, infrastructure-as-code, containerisation, and CI/CD practices;
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code;
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing across the team;
• Provide software and application knowledge to support solution implementation;
• Optimize delivered services to meet business demands and service operations strategy;
• Plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives;
• Serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions;
• Recommend actions to optimize investments and benefits and mitigate risks;
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, onboard new vendors, and establish and run vendor governance;
• Collaborate with management on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments;
• Provide design collateral and configure software components in line with security policy and governance;
• Ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

Требования

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications or pipelines;
• Experience in full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering, with willingness to broaden across other disciplines;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS;
• Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog;
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI, including model integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures;
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks such as React and Next.js, and API design using REST or GraphQL;
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and structured and unstructured data at scale;
• Knowledge of Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform;
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders;
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to keep learning in the AI/ML field;
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple vendors;
• Experience leading complex projects and managing stakeholders;
• Experience managing infrastructure services delivery, support, and excellence;
• Experience working in a global IT function with regional or global responsibilities;
• Experience working with IT outsourcing providers and frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library;
• Ability to work with internal and external teams and lead when necessary;
• Nice to have: experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, familiarity with MLflow, Feature Store, or Genie, exposure to NLP or multimodal AI, experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch, knowledge of security best practices in cloud and AI infrastructure, prior experience in a CPG/FMCG environment or with syndicated market data.
