Discussion

Would you like to help develop the world’s leading digital circular planning tool? At Plandisc, you will join a small product team where you can influence the product, the technology and the way the team works.

About Plandisc

Plandisc develops the world’s leading digital circular planning tool. The visual solution helps organisations coordinate activities, deadlines, resources and responsibilities across teams and departments.

The company has just over 20 employees and primarily serves the Scandinavian market. Its customers include public-sector organisations, private companies and educational institutions.

Plandisc is offered as both a Public Cloud solution hosted in Microsoft Azure and a Private Cloud solution focused on data sovereignty. The product supports Microsoft 365, calendar integrations and API-based integrations.

The working environment is international, and English is the default language in the company. Plandisc also values in-person collaboration, daily knowledge-sharing and strong relationships between colleagues.

About the position

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play an important role in the continued development of Plandisc. You will join a small, autonomous product team with short decision-making processes and considerable freedom to influence the product, architecture and technical direction.

You will work across the backend and frontend, primarily using C#, modern .NET and Angular. Previous Angular experience is not essential if you have worked with React, Vue or another modern frontend framework and are motivated to learn.

The technical environment also includes MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, Microsoft Azure and Docker. Plandisc is currently restructuring parts of its codebase using vertical slice architecture.

Your work may include integrations with Microsoft, Google and other tools, more flexible user views and AI-powered features that support users in their planning. AI tools are also actively used for development, code reviews and productivity improvements.

The team works in 14-day Scrum sprints with daily stand-ups and regular retrospectives. You will report to the Head of IT.

Your responsibilities will be adapted to your experience and interests. If you have a particular area of expertise or interest, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and help shape its future direction.

About you

Your educational background is not the deciding factor. You may, for example, be a software engineer or hold a professional bachelor’s degree in software development. You may also have built your expertise through practical experience.

What matters most is that you have relevant professional experience with full stack development, particularly C# and .NET, and are used to creating reliable solutions in a commercial software product company.

You are comfortable navigating an existing codebase, taking ownership from idea to production and making well-founded technical decisions. You understand both technical quality and the value the product creates for its users.

You have experience with, or a strong curiosity about, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or similar solutions and are motivated to use them professionally in your daily work.

You communicate confidently in English, while Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are approachable, open and constructive. You ask questions when something is unclear, share your knowledge and enjoy taking responsibility while remaining committed to the team.

Plandisc offers

As part of Visma, Plandisc combines the agility and close collaboration of a smaller company with the support and opportunities of an established international software group.

Plandisc offers significant influence on the product, architecture and technical decisions, as well as the opportunity to work with integrations, flexible user experiences and AI-powered functionality.

You will become part of an international and inclusive workplace with a strong professional and social community. The modern, open-plan office includes a table tennis table, table football and a training area. Employees work from the office at least three days per week, and the company organises walk-and-talks, social activities and a larger social event approximately once every quarter.

The employment package includes a competitive salary, company-paid pension, health and insurance coverage, five weeks of annual holiday and five additional paid holiday days. You will also have a paid day off on Danish Constitution Day, a company-paid internet connection, freedom to choose your work equipment and lunch prepared by in-house chefs.

The position is based at Plandisc A/S, Axel Kiers Vej 5A, 8270 Højbjerg, Denmark.
