Job Title: Full Stack Developer, Fund Solutions

Location: Makati City

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically strongFull Stack Developerto join our global engineering team within Apex Group. This role is responsible for building, enhancing, and supportingproduct‑oriented applicationsused by real users across the organization.

The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing tonew feature delivery,modernization initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable building backend services and APIs in.NET, developing modern frontend experiences inReactorAngular, and working withSQL-backed applications in a collaborative enterprise environment.

You will work closely withproduct,DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams globally, reporting to the Head of DevOps based in Spain, and will play an important role in the ongoing evolution of bothlegacy and modern applicationsacross a diverse technology landscape. The role is based in the Philippines, with flexibility to work overlapping hours with European teams when required.

What You Will Work With

• C#and.NET/.NET Corefor backend services, APIs, and application development.

• ReactandAngularfor modern frontend development and user‑facing application experiences.

• SQLfor querying, troubleshooting, and optimizing application data and business processes.

• Git,Azure DevOps,CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.

• Cloud and platform technologies such asAzure,AWS,Docker, andTerraform, where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and supportfull stack applications, APIs, and product features.

• Build and enhance backend services in.NETand user‑facing functionality inReactorAngular.

• Contribute to bothmodernization workand the ongoing evolution of legacy applications across a diverse product portfolio.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, release support, and ongoing maintenance.

• Collaborate withproduct,DevOps, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliverreliable,scalable, andmaintainablesolutions.

• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, quality assurance, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement across the team.

Core Skills / Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally within enterprise or product‑focused environments.

• Strong experience withC#and.NET/.NET Corefor backend services, APIs, and application development.

• Experience with frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript and strong working knowledge ofReactand/orAngular.

• StrongSQLskills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries and stored procedures.

• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, exception handling, and layered or multi‑tier application architectures.

• Experience working with REST APIs and application integration patterns.

• Familiarity withGit,Azure DevOps,CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking tools.

• Experience reviewing logs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting applications in production environments.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.

Preferred / Valued Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms such asAzureand/orAWS.

• Experience withDocker,Terraform, or other infrastructure‑as‑code and containerization tools.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or frontend testing tools.

• Exposure toDevOpspractices, release pipelines, and application monitoring.

• Exposure to Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or enterprise application support is an advantage.

• Comfortable working across both modern and legacy applications in a fast‑moving engineering environment.

• Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Working Hours & Collaboration Expectations

• This role is based in the Philippines.

• Standard working hours will apply, with flexibility to provide overlap with European teams when required.

• Daily collaboration with the Spain‑based DevOps lead and global engineering teams.

• Requires strong self‑management, comfort with asynchronous collaboration, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team structure.
