Full Stack Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop end-to-end, high-performance, scalable, and sustainable product features across frontend and backend
• Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy solutions to production.
• Build modern applications using .NET Core and React + TypeScript, working with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
• Design and maintain sustainable software architectures based on System Design, Software Architecture, DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles, while contributing to reducing technical debt
• Identify and resolve production performance issues and database bottlenecks through optimization techniques
• Implement secure software solutions using JWT, OAuth2, and Identity/RBAC, and contribute to CI/CD, Docker, and testing processes
• Work with SignalR, Hangfire, frontend state management, and API integrations to deliver reliable and scalable applications
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to turn business requirements and mockups into working products and technical solutions
• Take end-to-end ownership of problems from analysis through production and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leverage AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to produce secure, high-quality code

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, including hands-on experience taking at least one product from scratch to production
• Strong production-level experience with .NET Core and React + TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of System Design, Software Architecture, DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, microservices/distributed architectures, database optimization, and modern frontend development
• Strong understanding of security, CI/CD, Docker, OWASP, Unit/Integration Testing, and secure software development practices
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic APM, Kubernetes, or Helm is a plus
• Proficiency in English sufficient to read and write technical documentation and work with global partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Redis, MongoDB and Elasticsearch
• Proficiency in RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
