In this role you will architect and deliver server-side components and AI-enabled services for the BestX platform, aligning with modern cloud-native and Agile methods. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and champion maintainable, high-quality systems. You will advance Generative AI initiatives and intelligent automation to solve real business problems while meeting regulatory and security requirements. You will collaborate across product, data, and business stakeholders to shape scalable, reliable solutions that support risk management and performance goals.

- Implement and deliver new server-side components, microservices, and Web APIs for BestX
- Maintain and enhance core applications while guiding technology and architecture decisions
- Lead TDD and shift-left practices to enable robust CI/CD and high-quality releases
- Architect and build production-grade Generative AI systems and AI-enabled services
- Integrate AI into core financial workflows and automate complex enterprise processes
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate problems into AI solutions
- Shape engineering best practices and lifecycle management for AI and platform services
- Drive continuous improvement and modernization across the engineering organization
- Strong background in server-side development and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and database design
- Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II / MiFIR) and TCA concepts
- Proven ability to own tasks from conception to delivery
- Ability to architect AI-enabled systems and integrate AI into production platforms
