Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering expertise (70%) and frontend development experience (30%). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Golang (preferred), or Python/Node.js, along with Angular for frontend development.

The candidate should have a good understanding of microservices architecture, messaging queues, containerization and NoSQL databases. Basic exposure to AI technologies and AI-powered application integration is also expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang, Python or Node.js.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement asynchronous communication and event-driven processing using RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
• Work with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.
• Explore and integrate basic AI capabilities into applications wherever required.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend Development 70%

• Strong backend development experience.
• Golang (Go) preferred.
• Python or Node.js as alternatives.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with messaging queues RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

Frontend Development 30%

• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Ability to develop and integrate frontend components with backend APIs.

Database

• NoSQL database experience.
• MongoDB preferred.

Additional Skills

• Basic understanding or exposure to AI technologies and AI integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and distributed application development.

Preferred Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang.
• Experience implementing event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-based capabilities into applications.

Candidate Profile

• Strong backend development capabilities with frontend development experience.
• Ability to independently develop, troubleshoot and maintain scalable applications.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Important: This position requires Angular frontend experience. React-focused profiles without Angular experience are not suitable for this requirement.
