Job Summary
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications across frontend and backend technologies. The role contributes to the full software development lifecycle, including application development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of business and client solutions.
Depending on experience level, the successful candidate may work independently or under the guidance of senior team members while continuously developing their technical capabilities.
Position Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Build and support APIs, integrations, and database-driven applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Maintain and improve existing applications and systems.
Assist in documenting applications, processes, and technical solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and other developers to deliver solutions.
Follow coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Support cloud-hosted applications, deployment activities, and operational support tasks where required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization efforts.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferably with full stack development experience
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
Experience with backend development technologies such as Node.js, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar.
Understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with Git version control and modern development workflows.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies is preferred.
