Full-Stack Developer (HYBRID)
Summary
Builds full-stack web apps with Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Prisma; implements secure auth, REST/GraphQL APIs, and responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS and React Query.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Stack Development: Architect and build high-performance web applications using Next.js (App Router/Pages Router, API routes, SSR/SSG) and robust database systems.
Backend & API Design: Design, develop, and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs using NestJS and Next.js backend capabilities.
Database Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain relational databases using PostgreSQL, writing efficient queries and database migrations.
UI/UX Implementation: Craft clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces utilizing modern styling and component libraries.
Authentication & Security: Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across frontend and backend services.
Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews; and debug production issues efficiently.
Preferred Skills & Familiarity:
ORM: Experience with Prisma for database modeling, migrations, and query building.
Authentication: Hands-on familiarity with NextAuth.js and/or enterprise IAM systems like Keycloak.
UI & Styling: Experience with Tailwind CSS and unstyled/accessible component frameworks like Radix UI.
State & Data Fetching: Experience using React Query (TanStack Query) for asynchronous state management and server-state caching.
Data Validation: Familiarity with Zod for schema validation (forms, API responses, env variables).
Soft Skills & Mindset:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate in an agile team environment.
