Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-endcomponents of web applications.
• Develop server-side logic using frameworks like Django,Spring Boot, Rails, or Laravel.
• Build and maintain databases, ensuring high performance andresponsiveness to front-end requests.
• Write reusable and efficient code following best practicesand coding standards.
• Create responsive and adaptive designs to ensureapplications work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designmockups and wireframes into functional front-end code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Focus on improving the usability and accessibility of webapplications.
• Implement and maintain server-side logic and architecture.
• Ensure security and data protection measures are implementedeffectively.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a robustCI/CD pipeline to improve deployment processes.
• Ensure the back-end logic integrates seamlessly withfront-end components.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, back-end developers,UI/UX designers, and system administrators.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions tocontribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
• Work closely with the client services team to understandclient requirements and ensure outputs meet or exceed their expectations.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues toensure a smooth user experience.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain thequality of web applications.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end and back-end technologiesand industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhanceskills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of acentralized knowledge base for full-stack development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,or a related field, or an equivalent of 3-4 years of additional hands-onexperience.
• Web Development Bootcamp Certification
• Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) Certification
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Full-stack developer.
• Solid understanding of back-end development languages andframeworks (e.g., Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby/Rails, PHP/Laravel,etc.).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) andORM frameworks (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Hibernate, etc.).
• Knowledge of web server technologies and cloud computingplatforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) andCI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English andArabic required; Turkish language proficiency preferred.
