Job Description
Client is looking for a full-stack developer with a background in application support. Capable of resolving complex Level 2 and Level 3 incidents while designing and developing application components, with a balanced 50/50 split between front-end and back-end work.
The role combines three areas: responding to production incidents, development and continuous improvement, and independently managing small projects. The ideal candidate is not a specialist in a single layer: they are equally comfortable with interfaces, batch processing, interfaces, and data exchange.
The term "designer" indicates a desire to move towards designing small projects, presented as an asset, not the core of the role. This profile should not be confused with a project manager (the contribution remains technical and hands-on), an architect (the position remains operational, focused on code and incidents), or a Level 1 support analyst (the role requires actual development).
Requirements
REQUIRED
Mandatory
- Development and maintenance of application components, front end 50% / back end 50%
- Resolution of complex Level 2 and Level 3 application incidents
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Diagnosis of application failures, interfaces, batch processing, and data exchange
- Participation in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment
DESIRED
- Execution of small to medium-sized projects (impact assessment, effort estimation, deliverable tracking)
- Automation of recurring processes
ASSET
- Ability to take on small projects as a designer
Note:The 50% front-end / 50% back-end split is interpreted as a cumulative requirement, not an alternative. A profile limited to only one layer (front-end or back-end) does not meet the requirement.
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
- CV limited to Level 1 support without application development experience.
- Profile exclusively back-end or exclusively front-end, without demonstrated work on both layers.
- Experience focused on project management without code contribution.
- Profile of architect or designer without recent experience in development and incident resolution.
- No experience in resolving application incidents in production (Level 2, Level 3, RCA).
