As a Full Stack Developer (Insurance / Central), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end features across the full technology stack.
Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js with SSR/SSG.
Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core (C#) and Node.js.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries for Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL to ensure performance and scalability.
Contribute to architectural design decisions and conduct code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Mentor and support mid-level and junior engineers through technical guidance and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve application bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Implement DevOps best practices, automate deployments, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Requirements
Possess a relevant Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 3+ years of full stack development experience.
