The client operates in the insurance industry and develops large-scale systems supporting claims reporting and handling processes, using microservices, automation, and AI tools.

Задачи

• Build and develop systems in microservice and monolithic architectures supporting claims reporting and handling processes;
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems;
• Participate in designing system solutions and implementing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Improve business processes by delivering efficient and scalable IT solutions;
• Ensure high software quality by developing automated tests, applying engineering best practices, and maintaining code quality;
• Use AI tools and Agentic AI approaches throughout software development, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and solution maintenance;
• Perform and participate in code reviews using modern tools supporting code quality and security;
• Co-create software development standards and standards for AI use in the software development process;
• Collaborate daily with a knowledge-sharing team focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions for large-scale, high-volume transaction systems.

Требования

• 7–8 Years of experience as a Java / Full Stack Developer;
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA;
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka;
• Very good knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of Angular;
• Experience designing and developing microservices;
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs;
• Experience creating unit and integration tests;
• Ability to use AI tools supporting the software development process;
• Nice to have: Playwright, Docker and Kubernetes, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), RabbitMQ and ElasticSearch, Azure, AWS or GCP, IT Security, CI/CD, mentoring developers or acting as a Technical Leader.

Условия

• B2B contract;
• Contract until March 2028, with a possibility of extension;
• Start: ASAP / October;
• The contractor independently organizes the service delivery method, taking project, security, and client communication requirements into account.
