Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Objective

The Fullstack Developer is a comprehensive technical role responsible for end-to-end software delivery across both backend and frontend architectures. This position analyzes business requirements, translates them into secure, scalable full-stack solution architectures, and actively develops core backend services and frontend user interfaces. Additionally, the role designs and executes Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate complete solution viability prior to production rollout. This position operates in a hybrid work model under both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and responsive client-side interfaces using React or Angular and TypeScript.


• Design and implement RESTful APIs documented with OpenAPI/Swagger and integrate them seamlessly with frontend applications.


• Build microservices and event-driven integration flows using Apache Kafka.


• Design, build, and execute end-to-end Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate backend performance and frontend user flows.


• Implement testing strategies, including backend unit testing (JUnit), API testing (Postman), and frontend testing (Jest/Cypress).


• Enforce code quality standards and static code analysis across the full stack using SonarQube.


• Collaborate on build and deployment automation using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8s).


• Implement end-to-end security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS integration.


• Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents across the entire stack in dev, test, and production environments.


• Manage source control using Git following structured branching, versioning, and code review protocols.


• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation aligned with Agile and Waterfall delivery standards.


• Collaborate directly with solution architects, cross-functional engineering teams, QA, and business leadership.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Comprehensive experience in end-to-end software development, including Java microservices, modern frontend frameworks, cloud containerization, technical testing, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
