AI agents connect to your existing ERP and bank accounts and take over accounts payable, accounts receivable, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, concurrent audit, and month-end close — without changing how your team works. Most AI finance tools are copilots — they suggest, a human re-verifies, and the headcount never goes away. Finzo AI is built differently. Every compliance verdict is computed by deterministic code, not inferred by a model. Every invoice is audited at submission, not at month-end. Every MSME payment deadline is enforced automatically before it becomes a tax disallowance. **Role Overview** We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who will work closely with the product engineering team to build backend services, AI-enabled workflows and ERP integrations. The role provides hands-on exposure to Nest.js, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, SQL, AI services and enterprise ERP integrations. **Key Responsibilities** ● Develop backend services using Nest.js and TypeScript. ● Build and maintain Python services supporting: ○ Document extraction ○ Data processing ○ AI workflows ○ Agent orchestration ● Develop and integrate REST APIs. ● Work on three-way matching. ● Implement workflow state machines and approval workflows. ● Integrate Finzo AI with ERP platforms ● Work with SAP OData/BAPI/RFC and Oracle Fusion/EBS integrations under senior guidance. ● Develop database queries and data-processing logic using SQL. ● Write unit and integration tests. ● Debug backend and integration issues. ● Participate in code reviews. ● Maintain technical documentation. ● Collaborate with Product, AI/ML and FDE teams. ● Follow Git-based development and engineering practices. **Required Skills** ● Working knowledge of Node.js / TypeScript. ● Basic understanding of Python. ● Understanding of REST APIs. ● Understanding of relational databases and SQL. ● Basic software development and debugging skills. ● Good problem-solving ability. ● Ability to learn quickly. ● Comfortable working in a startup environment. **Good to Have** ● ERP experience. ● SAP or Oracle integration exposure. ● Experience with LLM APIs. ● LangChain / LangGraph exposure. ● Docker. ● Git/GitHub. ● AI/ML project experience. ● Understanding of accounting or finance workflows (It’s a plus) **Key Performance Indicators** ● Quality and reliability of code delivered. ● Ability to complete assigned development tasks. ● API and integration implementation quality. ● Test coverage and defect rate. ● Speed of learning Finzo's architecture. ● Ability to independently troubleshoot issues. **What the Intern Will Gain** ● Hands-on experience building a live fintech/compliance AI product. ● Exposure to enterprise ERP integrations. ● Backend engineering experience. ● AI workflow and agent orchestration experience. ● Mentorship from senior engineers. ● Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.
