Qualifications and Requirements
At least 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer.
Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data management.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of Spring Boot and related Java frameworks is an advantage.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), coding standards, and best practices.
Experience with Git or other version control tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Exposure to financial, accounting, fintech, or enterprise applications
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java for backend development and JavaScript for frontend development.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Identify and resolve application performance and technical issues.
Collaborate with QA testers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver quality software.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Contribute to system enhancements, optimization, and continuous improvement.
