Full Stack Developer

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Node.js, Next.js, and C#.

• Build, integrate, and maintain microservices and backend APIs.

• Develop and optimize database solutions using NoSQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and MongoDB.

• Implement secure coding practices, coding standards, and application security best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve system functionality.

• Adapt to new technologies, tools, and development practices as project requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and C#.

• Background in banking, financial services, or fintech is required.

• Proven experience developing and implementing microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and MongoDB.

• Strong understanding of coding standards, application security, and software development best practices.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Experience with Flutter is a plus.

• Willing to work full on-site in Makati City for a project-based engagement.
