Full-Stack Developer – Java, Node.js and Angular

About the role

At Metrica, we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to participate in the development and maintenance of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular.

We are looking for a person with the ability to work in both frontend and backend, committed to software quality, and with knowledge or experience in DevOps practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain frontend functionalities with Angular 18 and CSS.
• Develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot, as well as with Node.js and Express.
• Integrate frontend functionalities with backend services.
• Implement and maintain automated tests, using Jest in the frontend environment.
• Work with databases to support application functionalities.
• Collaborate in integration and deployment processes through DevOps practices.
• Participate in improving code quality and maintainability.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in frontend development with Angular, preferably Angular 18, and CSS.
• Experience in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Knowledge or experience with Express.
• Experience in testing, including Jest.
• Knowledge and experience with databases.
• Knowledge or experience in DevOps.
• Ability to collaborate and an orientation toward development quality.

What we will value positively

• Experience or knowledge in cloud environments, especially in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
