Full Stack Developer (Java / ReactJS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and ReactJS to design, develop and modernize enterprise‑grade applications.

The candidate should have strong backend engineering capabilities along with practical frontend, cloud, DevOps and production‑support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Hibernate.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Design and implement Microservices, REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven solutions.
• Build integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ and JMS.
• Modernize legacy applications into scalable, cloud‑native architectures.
• Implement secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, Okta and enterprise security standards.
• Develop and optimize applications across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement CI/CD and deployments using Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes.Develop and deploy applications on AWS.
• Perform code reviews, automated testing, performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
• Ensure applications meet requirements for scalability, security, high availability and resilience.
• Work with architects, product teams and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering/development experience.
• Strong hands‑on Java 8/11/17/21 experience.
• Strong Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Strong hands‑on ReactJS experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, Distributed Systems, REST/SOAP APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ and JMS.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Snowflake and/or Redis.
• Strong AWS experience including EC2, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT and API security.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, TDD and SonarQube.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and clean architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production and performance issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Angular experience in addition to ReactJS.
• OpenAPI / Swagger.
• DDD and cloud‑native architecture.
• Zero‑downtime deployment and high‑availability systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Experience in Healthcare/Telehealth, Trade & Logistics, Retail, SaaS or E-learning.
