Full Stack Developer (JavaScript)

Summary

Build and maintain full-stack JavaScript apps using Node.js, Angular, and AWS services like Lambda and EKS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to join our team. In this position, you will act as a central contributor within the squad, independently handling end-to-end development on a modern cloud-native infrastructure in AWS, while working in a dynamic ecosystem alongside Product, UX, the Tech Lead, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine new features using Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend, keeping the code clean and maintainable.
  • Take an active part in the squad's technical and software design discussions, sharing your perspective and enriching the architecture set by the Tech Lead.
  • Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of components in the cloud through AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
  • Safeguard software quality by creating and executing automated unit and integration tests with Jest and Cypress.
  • Uphold code performance and scalability within event-driven architectures.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and Business teams to interpret functional requirements and turn them into effective technical solutions.
  • Engage in cross-code reviews to maintain consistency and elevate the team's overall technical standards.

Qualifications

  • No less than 2 years of hands‑on professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within digital or medium to high-scalability environments.
  • Strong command of TypeScript, RxJS, and SCSS markup.
  • Solid experience with Angular for frontend development.
  • Applied experience with Fastify for building backend services.
  • Background in the design, consumption, and integration of REST APIs.
  • Practical knowledge or prior exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Consistent application of best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID principles.
  • Awareness of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and AWS SNS/SQS.
  • Quality-oriented mindset with experience in writing unit tests using Jest, along with Cypress or similar tools for E2E testing.
  • English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Prior background or knowledge of the Fintech industry, digital banking, or high-transaction platforms.
  • Hands‑on exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka for distributed event streaming.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
