Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java and .NET technologies to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust applications, developing reusable services, and creating APIs and SDKs that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and .NET frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Build scalable platforms and reusable services that meet business requirements. - Create and manage APIs and SDKs for internal and external use. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous testing and quality assurance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, particularly in AI technologies and AI-assisted engineering. - Engage in intelligent agent development, LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and context engineering. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to solve problems and enhance project outcomes. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on coding experience in Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend development using Java and .NET. - Proficiency in AWS and cloud-based solutions. - Understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. This position offers a contract-to-hire employment type with a hybrid work mode, requiring in-office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
