Full Stack Developer - Klerksdorp

About the Role

Our client, a growing software solutions provider, is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join their dedicated team in Klerksdorp . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Design and implement efficient server-side logic and APIs using backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Manage and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL and NoSQL).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework).
• Experience with backend development languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring).
• Strong understanding of database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
