Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer Intern to work on our AI-powered HR Tech / ATS platform. The intern will contribute to building scalable web applications and implementing AI-driven features using modern web technologies and LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using the MERN stack.
• Design and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Implement AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and prompt-based workflows.
• Work with Redis for caching and OpenSearch for search and analytics.
• Optimise performance, scalability, and security of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good understanding of JavaScript and web application architecture.
• Hands-on experience or academic projects in the MERN stack.
• Exposure to AI solutions using LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc. )
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system design.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AWS services.
• Familiarity with Redis, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
• Git/GitHub and CI/CD basics.
• Prior work on AI, NLP, or SaaS projects.
