Full Stack Developer (Laravel / PHP / Python)

Salary: Rp 5.850.000 – Rp 8.750.000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team and work on modern web applications, business software, and technology products.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, good frontend knowledge, and experience working with databases, APIs, and scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, PHP, and Python

• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services

• Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases

• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

• Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing applications

• Collaborate with other developers and internal teams

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

• Assist with testing, deployment, and system improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel

• Experience with Python development

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Experience with JavaScript, React.js,

• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations

• Familiarity with Git and version control

• Good understanding of database design and optimization

• Basic knowledge of Linux servers and deployment

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic to good English communication skills

Additional Advantages

• Experience with React, Inertia.js, and TypeScript

• Experience with Redis, queues, and background jobs

• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, Digital Ocean, or cloud infrastructure

• Experience with FastAPI or Django

• Experience building SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other business applications

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
