Full Stack Developer (Laravel & REACT)

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow Engineers to understand client challenges, shape technical solutions and deliver high-quality digital products from discovery through to deployment. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems as much as writing code and who takes pride in building software that delivers measurable value for our clients and exceptional experiences for their users.

As part of our engineering culture, you'll take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring every solution is secure, scalable, maintainable and built to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and React.


• Build modern administration systems using Filament.


• Develop secure RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.


• Work alongside Product Managers to understand business requirements and recommend the best technical solutions.


• Collaborate with Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that faithfully implement approved designs.


• Produce clean, maintainable and reusable code following modern engineering standards.


• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions and sprint planning.


• Accurately estimate development effort and identify technical risks.


• Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.


• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Ensure applications remain performant, secure and scalable.


• Contribute to automated testing, documentation and deployment processes.


• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.


• Continuously evaluate new technologies and engineering practices that improve product quality and delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' commercial PHP development experience.


• Expert knowledge of PHP 8+.


• Strong commercial experience developing applications using Laravel and REACT.


• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.


• SOLID principles and modern software design patterns.


• Proficiency in Filament is a preference.


• Strong background in database development.


• Experience building and integrating APIs and third-party systems.


• Strong front‑end development skills, particularly using React.


• Able to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.


• Experience with AI-assisted development/engineering is required.
