Full Stack Developer
Location: Pune
As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications, contributing to both backend services using.NET/C# and frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, technology leaders, and state teams—to understand requirements and deliver efficient, user-focused solutions.

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Candidates
with 1- 2 years of relevant experience in technology projects.
- Understanding
of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in documentation.
- Teamwork
and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.
- Passion
for working in the social sector is an added advantage
- A
strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.
- Practical
experience with .NET / C# for
building backend services and APIs
- Working
knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework
(Angular, React, or Next.js).
- Understanding
of version control systems like Git.
- Write
clean, readable, and maintainable code by following established coding
standards, naming conventions, and design principles (SOLID, DRY).
- Basic
knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic
knowledge of building SaaS applications.
- Knowledge
of authentication/authorization patterns.
- Exposure
to Linux and scripting is a plus.
- Willingness
to learn DevOps basics for SaaS product deployment on AWS.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new
technologies and tools
