Full Stack Developer

Summary

Build and maintain full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS cloud infrastructure, and microservices for UK-based platforms.

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in full stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure built on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with frontend frameworks and cross-platform web/mobile technologies
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration and delivery
  • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform or similar technologies would be particularly beneficial
  • Relevant cloud certifications are desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with engineers, product teams and stakeholders to design, build and maintain modern software solutions
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle to create scalable, reliable systems used by organisations across the UK
  • Design, build and maintain applications using TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Develop scalable backend services and modern web and mobile frontends
  • Work with cloud-native infrastructure and microservices architectures
  • Contribute to automated testing including unit, integration and end-to-end tests
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices
  • Participate in Agile development processes
