In this role you work under the Head of Development to build visually engaging websites, mobile apps and campaigns. You will design and implement full‑stack solutions, balancing creative aims with business value. You will contribute to evolving development standards and share learnings to drive continuous improvement. This is a fast‑paced, international environment where your work supports growth and award‑winning campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Broaden development scope beyond the brief to include business value considerations
  • Collaborate with Head of Development and the team to maintain and evolve agency standards
  • Turn design into high-quality development, working with delivery functions
  • Full stack development using WordPress, NextJs / React, SCSS / JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Identify opportunities to diversify and extend the development portfolio
  • Maintain high attention to detail and code quality
  • Adopt latest techniques and languages, offering exploratory solutions
  • Develop maintainable, scalable architectures and reusable assets
  • Foster excellence across development and design teams
  • Capture and share lessons learned to enable continuous improvement
  • Keep development architecture current and manage repositories correctly
Key requirements
  • 2+ years development experience
  • Experience with modern front end frameworks like React and NextJs
  • Understanding of back-end programming concepts
  • Previous experience with WordPress
  • Strong vanilla JS skills and front end experience
  • Positive communication, strong work ethic, ambition and drive
