About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in NodeJS, React, and ExpressJS, with a strong background in third-party API integrations, and preferably within the fintech or banking sector. You will be working in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using NodeJS, React, and ExpressJS
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, financial data providers)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers in an Agile setup
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in NodeJS, React, and ExpressJS
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations
- Background in fintech, banking, or other financial services is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of security standards in financial applications (e.g., PCI-DSS, data encryption)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
