Full Stack Developer | Mid-Level
Summary
Build and maintain full-stack web apps using Java/Kotlin, Spring, React, Node.js, and AWS; collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to assist in the creation, optimization, and maintenance of modern web applications and robust backend services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Active participation in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Design and build robust front-end and back-end applications utilizing Java, Kotlin, Spring, Hibernate, React, and Node.js.
Plan and conduct comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, system-level, and performance evaluations.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to established development standards.
Oversee and fine-tune cloud infrastructure and resources hosted on AWS.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective business solutions.
Requirements
Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Core Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Backend Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Java, Kotlin, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
Frontend & JavaScript Stack: 2+ years of practical experience utilizing React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Cloud Infrastructure: Proven familiarity with AWS ecosystem services, specifically S3, ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, and DynamoDB.
DevOps & Databases: Solid experience working with containerization via Docker alongside relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Methodology: Deep comprehension of Agile frameworks and industry-standard software development practices.

Exposure to Python
Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL databases
Working knowledge of Kotlin
