IBM Philippines is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help build, enhance, and support modern web applications and backend services. You will work closely with Agile teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Develop front-end and back-end solutions using Java, Kotlin, Spring, Hibernate, React, and Node.js
Design and execute unit, integration, system, and performance testing
Perform code reviews and maintain development standards
Manage and optimize AWS resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of software development experience
3+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, and Hibernate
2+ years of experience with React and Node.js, TypeScript
Experience with AWS services such as S3, ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, and DynamoDB
Experience with Docker and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies
Preferred:
Exposure to Python
Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL databases
Working knowledge of Kotlin
